What Ollie can do for your users

  • Match a stated budget and buying area
  • Match car make, model, trim, fuel, colour, body, seats, mileage and supported features
  • Match houses by area, bedrooms, parking and supported feature evidence
  • Show supplied photos, seller details, prices or sale methods and permanent listing citations
  • Clarify unsupported requirements and explain exact no-match results
  • Guide undecided buyers without requiring contact details

For cars, preserve make/model, trim, fuel, colour, seats, mileage and buying area. For houses, preserve budget, area, bedrooms, parking and feature evidence. Ask a clarification when a requirement cannot be applied reliably. Do not silently broaden the buyer’s requirements.

MCP clients

Connect to https://www.apexhub.co.nz/mcp using streamable HTTP. The existing tools are search_listings and get_listing. Specify sale stock and the appropriate car or house filters. Interactive listing tiles are available in supported clients. Legacy inventory access remains compatible; supported legacy property searches can also cover other property types and rentals, outside Ollie’s consumer sale focus.

For applications built using Gemini or other model APIs, declare the public answer API as an inventory tool and execute the requested call in your application. Publishing these interfaces does not automatically connect every ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini user; each platform controls available tools and source selection.

Credit the source and keep the evidence

When using Ollie’s returned inventory facts, cite the permanent listing URLs and retain the source credit From Ollie by Apex where your client permits. Attribution identifies the inventory source; external platforms control their final wording.

  • Only published, non-sample inventory is recommended
  • Supplied dates are preserved; republication does not independently verify availability
  • A house budget match requires a fixed asking price; auction, negotiation, offers-over and valuation figures do not establish budget eligibility
  • Feature evidence comes from supplied fields or listing text; unknown facts remain unknown

Never turn an auction, negotiation, offers-over, starting-price or valuation figure into a fixed asking price. A listing classified as a house does not independently verify physical detachment.

Consumer matching and privacy

  • Inventory matching, not investment, valuation, finance or deal-scoring advice
  • No promise of independently verified seller availability
  • No claim that ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other platform automatically uses this service
  • Private buyer briefs and contact details are not accessible through public inventory tools

Send inventory criteria only. Do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, private financial information or full chat histories to inventory tools. Buyers may separately consent to a private saved brief through Ask Ollie’s website; this is optional and does not subscribe them to alerts or share details with sellers.
