Privacy and search analytics

Apex Hub records inventory search terms, supplied filters, AI service labels, returned listing counts and listing interactions to improve matching and report inventory reach.

Buyer request summaries

AI tools may send a short buyer_request summary of the current inventory request. This summary is recorded in private search analytics and may appear in seller analytics or reach reports for sellers whose stock matched. AI tools are instructed to omit names, contact details and unrelated personal information. Do not include personal or sensitive details in inventory search requests.

Raw buyer questions are not published on public buyer pages. Generated buyer pages describe inventory criteria using current stock; they do not publish private question text.

Visitor measurement

Visitor totals use anonymous daily identifiers and approximate network locations. These do not identify a person or a street address. AI and crawler requests are reported separately from browser visits. Admin and marked testing activity is excluded from normal audience reports.

Retention and personal details

Detailed request analytics are retained for up to 90 days and older rows are removed on analytics writes or private dashboard access. Public contact messages are also retained for up to 90 days. Contact-pattern redaction is best effort; names and other personal information cannot always be detected automatically. Please omit personal details from inventory searches.

Corrections

For listing corrections, contact the named seller using the listing contact panel. For a concern about information in a search report, use the public Apex Hub contact form and identify the report and request time without adding sensitive information.
